CrossFit

Our goal is to increase your health and fitness in a well-rounded way; meaning the workouts are designed to get you stronger and faster, while gaining more endurance, flexibility, stamina, agility, and more. Our classes are small, high-energy and filled with friendly competition

This class is designed to increase stamina and endurance with longer high-intensity workouts. These classes use light weights, plyometrics, and bodyweight movements to get your heart rate up and burn calories!

BUILD

Hypertrophy training focuses on the goal of increasing muscle size. This means using higher repetitions to stimulate an increase in muscle endurance and muscle volume. Hypertrophy and strength training are complementary — combining both can help to accelerate gains in both muscle size and strength.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Bootcamp for Beginners is a great place to start! Have fun, sweat and be prepared to laugh during this 1 hour outdoor bootcamp. We provide a judgement free environment that caters to each person regardless of fitness level.

Each program is personalized for you based on a number of factors- Fitness Goals, Frequency of Training, Location, as well as, Injury/Medical Concerns are a few of the factors taking into account. Helping you reach your fitness goals safely and professionally are our main priority.
